Utilising Global PEO Services for business growth is highly cost-effective. The company would pay a great deal of money to go to a foreign country, get familiar with the working environment there, spend a great deal of money and time acquiring legal licenses for business expansion, and hire local employees for the same purposes. All of these responsibilities need not only a substantial amount of time but also a substantial amount of money and effort from the investor. Many firms now find it cost-effective to outsource these responsibilities to a PEO.

I agree. An easier alternative could also be Employment of Record (EOR), since it would allow business to hire from other countries without the need to establish an entity in a new country.
