My employer wishes to include the following statement in our offer letter. I'm concerned this is in conflict with ADA.

"Your employment shall terminate thirty (30) days after a determination of total or partial disability by a physician retained by the Company. "Disability", as used herein, shall mean any condition, whether due to mental or physical illness or injury, which renders you incapable of providing full-time services of the type and quality which you provided prior to the onset of such condition."

Am I right to be concerned?
