    Topic: My previous employer make the report to the tax department and the statement to the tribunal are totally two versions.

    My previous employer make the report to the tax department and the statement to the tribunal are totally two versions.

    2014 March, I joined a company as permanent stuff. 

    in 2015 Jan My company was not willing to settle the salary  upon my hospital staying and the case has been arranged to the labor tribunal. in 2016/

    Upon the need for information gathering, I realized that the employer made two different versions statements, listed below: 

    (employer to Tax department) The employee leaving company reason: dismissed. Last day : Dec 31, 2014
    (Employer defending documents to tribunal ) Jan 2015 , the employee own resigned . 


    As mentioned in the above, is that the HR matter handling or its already legal offense? 
    Appreciated for the response as the hearing will be hosted on oct 6, 2016
