    Dear All

    Warm Greetings from Ravi Kumar

My friend working in Pvt Company in Chennai. Coming Aug 23rd is his marriage in Madurai. After the marriage, he like to settle his family in Madurai.

In his company he have 2 month notice period, or else he need to pay 2 month salary.

My clarification: - if two month salary means his full salary (including allowances) or his basic pay.

If they file case, how the case against him

    Kindly advice me.

Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Dear  Mr. Ravikumar

Normaly notice period is  one  month.  If your  friend company they issued any offer letter mentioned  two month notice period means your friend have to serve  two month notice period or pay two month salary  give to company.   Only  Basic salary and DA   you  have to pay to them.

    Regards,
