Hi
My Name is Janet , I am currently working as HR Manager for a start up firm in India( bangalore)
I wanted to introduce transgender workinf culture in our company , i wanted to know about the steps to go ahead with it.
Infrastucture and employee training would be taken care by me internally but to go about legally i wanted guidance.
