Human Resource Managers: We need your help!

I am requesting your assistance in answering questions regarding concerns you have about hiring individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. If you participate in this study, I will provide you with an abbreviated version of the data, in order to assist you in understanding concerns that you and your fellow human resource managers have about hiring these individuals. This study is being conducted through East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, in pursuit of the completion of a doctoral dissertation. If you are interested in assisting your profession in identifying concerns and ways to improve the diversity of your employees, please click the link below to find out more! Thank you in advance for your willingness to help!

    Sincerely,

Jennifer J. Wright McDougal MS, CRC, LCAS, LPCA
