    Hi HR Professionals,

I'm a student taking up a subject about "Supporting human resources
    functions and processes".

I'm currently reviewing three HR functions:

    Performance Management
    Learning and Development
    Recruitment

I was hoping you can provide some of your best practices in terms of these three functions and any changes you have observed in these HR functions over the years considering the major changes that COVID-19 brought in majority of the workforce over the globe.

I hope to learn from any of the HR professionals active in this forum soon.

    Thanks
    Sam
