How to report unwanted comments from non-employee
    08-16-2019 / 11:17 am    #1

A staff member recently reported to me that she received some unwanted comments about her looks from a building maintenance team member (not our staff). She doesn't want to make a "big deal" about it and would like it reported anonymously to building management. Another member of our team questions the legitimacy of the claim.

Would you suggest it be reported anonymously or does the maintenance person deserve the right to face his accuser, so to speak? We want to support our team member, but we also don't want this guy to lose his job if the story not completely accurate.

If it matters, we've known the maintenance guy for almost 3 years and have never had any problems with him.
