Absenteeism is a major problem that lowers employee productivity and raises healthcare costs. Providing evidence-based acute care where and when your employees need it enables them to return to work as expeditiously as possible. Have you considered a Return to Work program?

I agree with Kathryn, this is a problem that affects the efficiency of the company and overall productivity and increases healthcare costs.  We find absenteeism to be a high result of poor job satisfaction, low employee motivation and unhealthy employees.  This is a focus in our program which has shown nothing but positive results with companies.  I work for Success Industries who has developed a program to minimize this type of behavior by creating a work environment that they want to go to.  I think this is key, get your employees to WANT to be at work.
