How are you handling device returns for remote employees?

So we have quite a few employees that are remote now, and are targetting remote going forward. Previously we had been buying laptop boxes from Amazon and sending them to the employee with return labels, but this has been a pain with tracking and emailing and reminding them when they are failing to return their devices.I've been looking at a couple services such as https://www.fetcha.io but I was curious what everyone else is doing?
