Health Insurance denying coverage for an employee's treatment:

Needing some advice on how I can be of better assistance in my HR role.  We have an employee battling with our health insurance company.  Even after a peer to peer review the insurance company is still denying her coverage for a shot.  Our previous insurance company covered the shot, however we recently went to a different insurance company.  Is there anything that I can do to help this situation?
