I've heard that it is "required" to do harassment re-training every 2 years for every employee. We are located in New Hampshire - does anyone know if this is legally true, or if it's one of those "expectations"?

    Thanks,
    Brenda

To my knowledge the only state that requires harassment training every 2 years is California. This doesn't mean the requirement won't move East

Under California's Fair Employment and Housing Act (Assembly Bill 1825), every California employer who has 50 or more employees must provide every employee who has supervisory duties with two hours of sexual harassment avoidance training.  This training must be provided every two years.  You should check with an attorney to see if your specific state has a similar requirement.
