Employee care compliance is a bigger issue than most realize

In a recent study, the Kaiser Family Foundation found that three-quarters (77 percent) of those in poor health say they have skipped or delayed care in one form or another. And these are the employees who tend to miss work and come to work sick, prompting even higher costs for their employers.
