Domestic violence

I have two employees on different shifts that live together. One is a company employee the other a temp. The woman filed an temp restraining order against the man for beating her up. They are both good workers and since this happened in there home we cannot have personal views, but what is the best way to handle keeping them both employed without judging? We have to abide by the restraining order therefore we will ask that he leave immediatley when his shift is over and we will bring her in at a later time to try and accomodate her and of course for both there protection. Legally what options do we have to handle this? Can we also hire another agency to come in and also provide domestic violence awareness to all our employees?
Thanks
Pam
