    Hi all,

    I am looking for some best practices or talking points on how to introduce and implement a differentiation process in our upcoming performance appraisal period.

    My company uses the basic "exceptional performance," "satisfactory performance," and "below expected performance." I think we need a few more middle ground areas but the form hasn't been updated in a long time.
