If your company picnic is held at a location like, Stone Mountain or Six Flags, how do you determine the number of tickets an employee receives?

For our summer event, we allow employees to purchase tickets (usually $5 each) for each eligible dependent (same dependent eligibility requirements as for health insurance).

Below is an example that I received from Kimberly Lunsford with Bardi when they had an event at Stone Mountain Park.

    To: All Bardi Employees

RE: 2008 Family Day at Stone Mountain Park

On Saturday, September 20th, 2008, we are hosting “A Bardi Bash” at Stone Mountain Park for you and your immediate family*. To ensure use of all the tickets purchased, we must have a firm attendance commitment from you no later than August 15th, 2008.

Each employee returning the form below confirming attendance, will receive an “Event Package” approximately one week before the event date to include directions, parking pass, a park Adventure Pass, meal tickets, and any other necessary information.

    * Please note that immediate family includes your spouse, significant other, or chosen guest and your children. If you should have special requests concerning other acceptable guests, please see Kimberly.
