    Change of job position-benefits?

Scenario:  An employee is currently in a FT position with benefits.  The employee is not meeting the expectations of the job.  The employer wants to term the employee from the current FT with benefits job, but will offer them a different position with less pay and no benefits.

    Can this be done?

The reasons for changing jobs are different for everyone, but the benefits of switching things up every few years are often the same – no matter what career path you are on.
    You develop new skills

    You’ll earn more money

    Work is more interesting

    You learn how to adapt

    You develop new relationships
