    The honourable Himachal Pradesh high court  pronounced that Payment of Bonus Act is a beneficial legislation capable of being computed under section 33C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 subject to applicability of the Payment of Bonus Act and eligibility of employee(s) under section 8 of the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965.
