Holding a company off-site with various gender identities

Good afternoon. I work for a small company of 20 people who work 100% remote all across the US. Leadership enjoys pulling the entire company together once a year for a two-day corporate retreat. We usually try to find a large AirBNB (or 2 next to each other) that hold all of us, providing an individual bedroom for each person and hopefully a bathroom for each individual as well so they do not have to share. We usually put the females in one home and the males in another and it has worked well. As we consider this summer's retreat we are experiencing an issue we haven't navigated before and I am looking for some direction.

We hired a young lady 2 years ago who recently began taking gender-affirming hormone therapy treatment so she can align with the gender she identifies as. We want to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and want to make the best decision about how to house all associates for the 2-day off-site. Has anyone encountered this before? How have you navigated this? We have thought about staying at a hotel but it takes away from the flexibility of us making our own meals, bringing in outside food and the small group structure we desire. We have also considered staying at a campsite or campus housing during off season. I am interested in all feedback and any experiences you can share, and how you navigated them.

    Thanks in advance.
