Hello
We were thinking of giving out clothing gift certificates as year end bonus to help improve the dress code of employees. we have addressed our concerns on attire but seems to fall on deaf ears. We thought we might give clothing GC to help force purchasing new attire. Do you see any HR fallout in doing this?
