Saving time and reducing pay with a new concept - NEED YOUR FEEDBACK
    Merav Perlstein
    Hello dear readers!

I am new to this site and am very impressed with its content. I wanted to ask your professional opinion on a new employment website that we just launched, which offers a very unique concept to the recruitment process to save HR people/ employers a lot of time in the interviewing process and a lot of money when making the offers.

The concept is simple: job seekers can publish their detailed profiles and let employers 'bid' on them with customized annual salaries (base salary range), privately. Job seekers can compare bids, and negotiate back. If a bid is accepted, an interview is scheduled. No side is obligated to any bid until and unless the employer extends an offer, in which case it has to be within the accepted bid range. The same applies to job seekers who can bid on jobs that are posted on the site, and employers can negotiate, reject or accept them.
The advantages to HR people/ employers:
    - Less cold calls and awkward salary questions that screen out great candidates.
    - Save time: Interview only the candidates who fir your job AND wallet.
    - Save money with lower offers: Get great talent for less! Negotiate candidates’ real acceptable salaries, not their ‘expectations’.
    - Compare candidates more accurately before investing time in them.
    - Save money on outside recruiters: now you can do it all online yourself and save time.

Please look at www.whitsy.com, register for FREE, and let me know your thoughts. We need your professional opinion on the concept and website. I am here for any questions or discussion about this.

    THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
