Russian company would like to outsource customer support and telemarketing for businesses in the U.S.
    Dmitrii Singh
Hello! Russian company would like to outsource customer support and telemarketing for businesses in the U.S. We are an acclaimed B2B company in Russia with offices in a variety of large cities across the country. We do not know much about U.S. market yet, and have few ideas about where to start from. Where do we search for clients (IT, banks, marketplaces, medical institutions, etc.), who do we contact to negotiate a deal (maybe some U.S. HRs are looking exactly for well-qualified Russian-speaking people involved in customer support or telemarketing)? Are U.S. companies interested in Russian-speaking support teams (we have around 2000 employees), comparatively low-cost English-speaking support teams from Russia at all? What fears might business partners have concerning doing business with Russian company? What difficulties might appear in the face of economic sanctions on Russia, what additional costs and barriers might American partners run into? We would appreciate any feedback and advice. Thank you!
