    >We are currently looking at investing in performance management software for our company. We are smaller, largely blue collar workforce and we need something that will be cost effective for us and not have too much of a learning curve for our managers. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Most of the solutions available today are pretty intuitive and easy to use. Prices will vary upon what you require, however, I suggest you review the whitepaper "Selecting a Performance Management System" (found under the research tab on the HR.com site) for information on what to consider during the selection process. There are also a number of Reality HR interviews in which HR representatives speak about their experience selecting and implementing a performance management system. Please e-mail me if you would like me to send you a list of appropriate interviews.
    Sincerely,
