    Performance management is an ongoing process that manages employee performance. The process ensures that an employee attains his/her goals within the stipulated time. And also the mechanism sets clear expectations and goals so that the employees do not go off the track. Performance appraisal is an evaluation process that happens once or twice a year. Appraisal review meeting measures and ranks the overall contribution of the employee to the company.

    360 degree feedback is a technique that helps companies to identify future leaders and nurture them. 360 degree feedback helps to reduce manager bias during the appraisal process and tailor development plans for each employee. The mechanism helps to conduct a fair appraisal process and focuses on each employee's development.
