Re: Peformance Appraisals and Salary Increases
    Manali Vyas
The influx of millennial workforce has changed the pay-based mindset of the workplace. It is right to inform the employees about no salary increases beforehand. And, provide them as many learning opportunities as possible to make them stay and work together to help the company become profitable again. Engaged employees work best. Performance reviews help employees to grow and learn. I would suggest you not to stop it and deliver them more efficiently and effectively than ever. Develop a robust performance management system to make your employees feel valued and show them their contribution to the company.
