    Assessment is good, it can provide the insights of individual making it easier to compare the best fit for the company.  More than talent acquisition Assessment can provide the cultural fit behaviour of individual. 

    A team leader could use the self-assessment also for his team members performance criteria and make full pontential out of the individuals.
