New manager in town and already tardiness at hand
    Eduarda Stahli
I just started a new position as HR/Accounting manager and I have already noticed someone being "late" constantly. Never in at 8:00am... more like 8:20am, 8:30am... I would like to have a meeting with EVERYBODY and let them know about my expectations and mention that... on the other hand, that person always makes up her time at night but it seems a matter of principle to me as if you cannot count on her for anything important at 8:00am... I know it's starting to weigh on other employees who try to come in on time. I also know that the owner of the company is also struggling with this problem and that the employee was talked to several times.

    Suggestions?
