    Japan's Tax Law
    Ainul Khalidah Idura Mohamad Khalid
Hello. Is anyone familiar with Japan's tax laws? I'm working for a Malaysian company and my employer intends to employ a Japanese citizen, whose work will be based in Japan. His payroll will be parked under Malaysia, though. Does anyone know of the tax implications if:

    1) We pay the employee in Malaysia (he opens up a bank account in Malaysia) or
    2) We pay the employee in Japan (we wire his salary to his bank account in Japan)

    Thank you.
