    I came from a large company that used Score Cards to evaluate perfomance. I am now in a small mom/pop company and would like to introduce this "score card" methodology to my boss. I'm not sure how to even present this topic, let alone come up with one from scratch. Could someone please shed some light as to where I'd find some information about creating a Score card? Thank you..
