    FMLA
    Carol Basnett
FMLA law provision "Same employer" limitation states A Husband and wife who are eligible for FMLA leave and are employed by the same covered employer may be limited to a combined total of 12 weeks of leave during any 12-month period ......for the birth of the employee's son or daughter.

OK has anyone looked into how to interpret the "same employer limition" if the two employees are not husband and wife, but these are the parents of the child; does that same provision apply to two "parents" working for us as it would for the "husband and wife"??
