    Employment Contract UK
    Andrea Landivar Rusu
    Hi everyone!
I wanted to ask a question about employment contract: I am working on an employment contract for a Canadian citizen, we will have to issue a Sponsorship License and a Skills Visa for her near the end of the year. I would like to add a term on the contract that states that if she leaves before the procedure is finished or 6 months after it's finished, she has to return us the total amount we invested for her Visa. Is this legal? Is there is anywhere I can find a template for that particular term? I would really need to have an example of how to write it so I can send this person the contract.
     Thanks a lot!
