5 Reasons Why Employee Engagement is Important
    Praddi 2408
Employee engagement is the level of emotional commitment and interest an employee has to their employer and the work allotted to them.

Engaged employees are more productive and less likely to leave for green pastures. Having a high level of employee engagement in your company improves your employees' productivity and creativity, which in turn helps the organization to grow.

5 Reasons why employee engagement is important:
    • When employees are engaged, they will be productive in their work, which results in productivity, creativity, innovation, and increased turnover rates.
    • Engaged employees tend to stay longer with the company, which means that they will have a higher retention rate and drive performance for your company. They will be more loyal and make fewer mistakes, which means that you can save money on training & upskilling new hires.
    • Employee engagement is important as it gives them a sense of belonging and purpose that drives their work. When employee engagement is built and nurtured, employees will be passionate and will be dedicated to your company’s mission.
    • When employees are passionate, involved, and invest in their roles they are less likely to leave your organization. Keeping them engaged is essential.
    • When people who are engaged are easier to work with as it exemplifies a culture of employee engagement. Celebrating your most engaged employees is one step towards creating a culture of engagement.
