NFK: a Compendium of Things Business and HR Leaders (AKA, You) Need to Stop Saying
    Charles Epstein

    In this week's AIX Files:
How many times has a podcast, presentation, or Substack post made you want to throw open a window and scream, “no f***ing kidding!” (NFK) or some variant, i.e., NSS (no sh*t, Sherlock) or an ironic NFW. You know exactly what I’m talking about:
    • The blindly obvious repackaged as a mic-drop “insight. “
    • The memorable turn of phrase that, upon further examination, doesn’t add anything to our understanding of the problem.
    • The bold pronouncement that’s not entirely true or is highly questionable/plain wrong.

In the column, we cite several of the most common - and egregious - examples (the ones we love to hate), and invite our readers (which should include you) to provide examples that trigger their NFK reflex. This should be fun.
