    Business leaders are moving quickly to implement AI-based solutions even when they don’t understand the technology’s impact. Consider: More than half of the executives who oversaw AI-related layoffs think they made a mistake. Of the 39% who reduced headcount, 55% say they made wrong decisions along the way.
