    New App Redefines Anxiety Management


    Anxiety is more than just stress – it’s a daily struggle for millions. 
     
    While traditional approaches like therapy and medication work for some, many are left searching for a natural and holistic way to find relief. 
     
    Inspired by her own search for natural well-being, founder Heather Lillico created Cultivating Calm, the first evidence-based wellness app to combine the power of mindset, nutrition and movement to holistically support anxiety. By seamlessly integrating mind, body and science, the app empowers users with practical strategies for everyday calm.
     
    “Anxiety affects every aspect of life, and overcoming it requires more than a one-dimensional approach,” says Heather Lillico, Founder of Cultivating Calm. “Leveraging our technology, we’re elevating users to take control of their well-being and experience lasting relief.”
     
    After struggling with panic attacks, self-doubt and perfectionism, Lillico spent years looking for relief. Existing methods focused on only one aspect of anxiety, but none offered a long-term approach. It wasn’t until she combined three pillars – mindset, nutrition and movement – that she experienced real, lasting relief. 
     
    This realization became the foundation of Cultivating Calm’s unique approach to managing anxiety.
     
    “I understand the weight of anxiety because I’ve carried it myself,” says Lillico. “I wish I had a guide along the way to show me the pieces of the puzzle, because it’s not just a mental battle – it affects every part of your life.” After years of trial and error, Heather completed the puzzle and has made it her mission to help others do the same.
     
    Tailored for busy lifestyles, Cultivating Calm uniquely provides a full-body approach to anxiety relief in just 30 minutes a day, equipping users with practical tools to address both the mental and physical components of anxiety through its three core pillars:
