    The world has undergone significant changes, and so has the world of work. Influenced by the seismic shifts during the pandemic, the advent of new technologies, and evolving market dynamics, the pressing need to find and retain top talent equipped with the right skills and attributes has never been more urgent.

    In November 2024, 3Sixty Insights published a benchmark report in collaboration with talent intelligence experts Eightfold. In it, we found that 82% of HR leaders struggle to achieve core alignment within their business and C-suite leadership. Moreover, most workers we surveyed for this report had actively looked for a new job in the last 12-18 months. These workers expressed their discontent at work and their desire to do more and earn more elsewhere.

    As part of my 3Sixty Insights research agenda for 2025, I will look deeper into how to help HR leaders make better strategic decisions about software and technology so they can make a positive impact on their businesses and foster strong relationships with their workers and colleagues. This alignment is critical for building the business case for technology decisions and connecting them thematically with C-suite priorities.

    As part of this research agenda, I will examine how these elements directly impact organizations and how businesses will reshape work and adapt to the challenges and competition of the present and future. I will be looking for companies to speak with to understand these issues better and be a resource to provide practical insights into these complex challenges.
