    How to Use It:

    1. Open a Google Docs file with meeting notes or project details.
    2. Click the Gemini AI button (upper right-hand diamond icon)
    3. Type “Extract action items” into the prompt bar on lower right-hand side.
    4. Gemini AI will identify and list key tasks based on the document’s content.
    5. Copy the tasks into Google Tasks, Keep, or an email for follow-up.
