Whereas, JSW Steel reported a 37% increase in safety compliance among new employees after rolling out VR training modules for high-risk operations. One key application focuses on the lancing operation, a process critical to blast furnace maintenance. Previously, training relied on shadowing experienced workers, which posed significant safety risks.
