    Gemini can summarize long documents in Google Docs, saving time and helping you focus on key points.

    How to Use Document Summarization:

    1. Open Your Document:
      • In Gogle Docs, open the file you want to summarize.
    2. Activate Gemini AI:
      • Click the Gemini icn in the toolbar.
      • Select Summarize this dcument.
    3. Refine the Summary:
      • Use prmpts such as “Summarize in bullet points” or “Highlight key action items.”
    4. Share or Use the Summary:
      • Cpy and share the summary with your team or use it to guide your next steps.

    Tip: Can be useful for reviewing reports, meeting notes, or lengthy proposals.
