    Everyone wants to be paid fairly, but the only way to know if your paycheck is in line with industry standards is for employers to prioritize pay transparency and equity. Unfortunately, over half (58%) of Americans say their employer doesn’t share gender pay gap info, and 52% say their employer isn’t addressing pay equity gaps.
     
    This is according to beqom’s 2025 Compensation and Culture Report, which also found: 
    • Just 2 in 5 US employees say their salaries were adjusted to match inflation in 2024.
    • Nearly half (47%) of respondents say their pay had not increased in the past year.
    • 62% of employees don’t know how their total compensation is determined.
    • Only 5% of companies are using advanced technologies like AI to evaluate pay gaps.
