- Just 2 in 5 US employees say their salaries were adjusted to match inflation in 2024.
- Nearly half (47%) of respondents say their pay had not increased in the past year.
- 62% of employees don’t know how their total compensation is determined.
- Only 5% of companies are using advanced technologies like AI to evaluate pay gaps.
