Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (‘the ‘SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015’) – Change in Senior Management

Personnel Pursuant to Regulation 30 read along with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, i.e., 30 January 2025, in line with the succession framework of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, approved the appointment of Shri Ramandeep Singh Sahni, as the Chief Financial Officer and Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 1 February 2025, in place of Shri S Sreenivasan, who would be stepping down from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company (effective 31 January 2025 close of business hours) but will continue in a leadership and supervisory role as President (Insurance and Special Projects).

The details of the aforesaid appointment as prescribed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024, is enclosed herewith as Annexure - A.
