The new 1,600 square-foot facility represents Delhivery's strategic approach to increasing women's participation in the logistics sector. Employing 25 women, the hub demonstrates the company's commitment to creating inclusive workplace environments and processing over 10,000 parcels daily.

Women workers have shown 20% lower attrition rates, higher productivity attributed to traits of integrity, discipline, and empathy, and an 8% higher rate of 100% attendance compared to male workers.
