    The Subtle Art of Integrating and Onboarding AI Agents into the Workforce

When I hear the word agent, I think of George Smiley, the spectral and bespectacled spy featured in the novels of the great John LeCarre: “Most of the time we go about our business, and it’s dull, it’s pedestrian, it’s routine, it’s practical…Spying is waiting... Everything is shades of grey.” Smiley’s spycraft was not exactly the stuff of Bondian derring-do, but it was ruthlessly effective.

    AI agents, on the other hand, don’t sip dry martinis in safehouses, infiltrate and expose espionage networks or effect the transfer of “assets” at heavily fortified border crossings. Today's column addresses:
