With the introduction of a variety of AI-powered features to SuccessFactors, SAP indicated its intent to increase the efficiency of HR while improving the user experience.
Product announcements at the company’s SuccessConnect conference in Lisbon “represent a major leap toward a future where every organization has a single source of truth for its people data and skills intelligence,” said SuccessFactors CEO Dan Beck.
