BOND Brothers, Inc., announced the promotion of Alyssa Masiello to Senior Director of Human Resources. Since joining the company in 2023 as Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Alyssa has contributed to various talent management initiatives and advancements. Her broad industry experience, ability to curate strong relationships, and commitment to talent development have enhanced how the organization serves its employees.

As Senior Director of Human Resources, Masiello will spearhead efforts to lead and develop a team of HR professionals and oversee talent acquisition, HR operations, HRIS, as well as talent management and development company-wide.

Prior to joining BOND, Masiello served as Senior Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Moderna. Masiello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Administration from the Sawyer Business School of Suffolk University. She currently resides in Hopkinton, MA, with her husband and twin daughters.
