The Payroll Profession Confidence Index (PPCI) is a first-of-its-kind sentiment-based analysis that aims to “take the pulse” of payroll professionals globally. The inaugural PPCI survey was conducted during Q1 2024 using a quantitative and qualitative survey methodology. It engaged and gathered input from payroll professionals from 28 countries and 5 continents and collectively shared their challenges, outlook, sentiments, and impact.
The research provides an understanding of the modern payroll practitioner lens and guidance for how executives and their organizations can nurture and elevate the critical profession for long-term success and improved business outcomes.
