- Employee retention continues to rank as the top priority for employers in 2024.
- Employee engagement is now the second most important focus area, followed by recruitment.
- Hybrid and remote work structures remain in place among employers.
- Employers are paying attention to anti-obesity and GLP-1 medications, some covering with a formal diagnosis and others not covering these medications at all.
- Despite economic conditions, most employers are either increasing their headcount or making no changes.
- Telehealth and virtual health remain at the forefront of employers’ health plan strategies.
- Mental health benefits remain a priority among employers.
