    58 Over 58 - A Recognition Initiative Hosted by WisdomCircle and INK

    WisdomCircle, an upcoming age-tech start-up uniting the worlds of retirement and recruitment, along with INK, a leading platform for exchange of cutting-edge ideas across a wide spectrum of science, technology, community and culture, together introduced 58 Over 58 – a recognition initiative dedicated to celebrating the achievements of extraordinary individuals over the age of 58. 


    This list of 58 was revealed at the annual INK-Talks conference on September 24th where the individuals were felicitated. The philosophy behind the endeavour is to highlight the stories of 58 remarkable individuals who are meaningfully engaged in what is typically considered the retirement phase. These individuals were selected based on nominations from across India, reflecting diverse fields of involvement and meaningful contributions. This will be an annual list created by WisdomCircle and INK. The felicitation session was hosted by Neeraj Sagar, Founder and CEO of WisdomCircle and Lakshmi Pratury, Founder and CEO of INK. 


    Speaking about the event, Neeraj Sagar, Founder and CEO of WisdomCircle, says, “Seeing the incredible work of these individuals is truly inspiring. 58 Over 58 is our way of shining a spotlight on their impactful contributions and recognising their role in making a difference in communities. This list isn't about a ranking; it's about celebrating their stories. We hope it inspires everyone to see age as no barrier to making a positive impact.”

    • Adit Jain (Founder of IMA India – a business and research firm, based in Delhi)
    • Akila Krishnakumar (founding partner of Social Venture Partners, and Co-Founder of the MELA Foundation in Bangalore)
    • Dr. Alexander Thomas (a stalwart in the healthcare sector, and author pushing policy change in Bangalore)
    • Dr. Ambi Parameswaran (veteran branding and advertising professional, now an independent brand and CEO coach)
    • Anita Gupta (Founder of 'My Persona', a Chennai based Executive Coach specializing in emotional intelligence)
    • Arun Kumar (Managing Partner of Celesta Capital, based in San Fransisco, USA.)
    • Ashoke Sen (Theoretical Physicist and Professor at ICTS Bangalore, currently working on string theory)
    • Ajay Nanavati (Seasoned global executive, mentoring startups and advocating for corporate governance in Bangalore)
    • Deepak Sharma (Singapore based Ex-Chairman of Citi Private Bank at Citigroup, Inc. and Founder of 91 Springboard)
    • Dilnavaz Variava (Ex-Chairperson of Bharat Floorings Group and CEO of WWF India, based in Mumbai)
    • Dinesh Verma (Managing Editor of Antarya, a bi-annual journal released by IIID-Bangalore)
    • Dr. Fiona Dias Miranda (philanthropist and sexual health educator, from Mumbai)
    • Dr. Girdhar Gyani (ex-Secretary General of the Quality Council of India, known as "Quality Man of India", based in Delhi)
    • Govind Iyer (Chairman of Social Venture Partners India, based in Mumbai)
    • Gulab Kothari (Indian author and Editor-in-Chief of Rajasthan Patrika)
    • Hema Ravichandar (HR thought leader and author of "HR Matters" for Mint, in Chennai)
    • Jayesh Parekh (Managing Partner at Good Startup, lives in Singapore)
    • Jija Hari Singh (first woman IPS Officer from Karnataka, current President of the Institute of Directors, Bangalore Chapter)
    • Kalyanraman Durgadas (entrepreneur turned author and playwright based in Bangalore)
    • Dr. Lakshmi Raghupathy (former Director of the Ministry of Environment, Forests, and Climate Change in GOI, and currently Visiting Faculty at the TERI School of Advanced Sciences)
    • Luis Miranda (Chairman of the Board & Co-Founder of the Indian School of Public Policy, deeply involved in philanthropy and social initiatives)
    • Mani K (Managing Director at Indus Life Sciences, based in Chennai)

    • Ramanan Ramanathan (Mumbai based Lifetime Chair of HBS AMP187, Chair of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Beacheads, among various other committees)
    • Rtd. Brigadier Ravi Khullar (consults at rural hospitals near Pune, offering his expertise on operations and protocols)
    • Ravi Gilani (Financial Consultant based in Delhi, aiming to make India a thriving $5 trillion economy)
    • Revathy Ashok (Co-Founder of Strategy Garage, a consulting firm for startups and medium-scale companies, in Bangalore)
    • Richard Barker (London based Founding Director of Metadvice, a company that leverages AI to provide personalized health advice and guidance)
    • RK Misra (Bangalore based Co-founder of Yulu Bikes, Director at Magna Yuma, and President of the Society of Manufacturers of Electric Vehicles for 2023-24)
    • Sanjiv Sachar (Delhi based philanthropist serving on various advisory councils, including the Shaurya Trust Foundation)
