Florham Park, N.J., (March 8, 2023) – Unicorn HRO, an industry leader offering fully integrated human resources, benefits, and payroll solutions, today announced the latest version of its Human Capital Analytics (HCA) Dashboard solution for iCON Manager Services, the company’s cloud-based solution for HR management.

As part of the HCA solution, interactive dashboards enable HR managers to monitor, measure, and analyze key HR, benefits, and payroll information that is stored and managed in the iCON application faster and more efficiently. The information is now aggregated and displayed in an intuitive and visual format within the iCON Manager Services application.

Based on IBM Cognos Analytics software, Unicorn’s HCA Dashboards provide HR managers with valuable insights needed to tackle critical human capital challenges. The new dashboards also feature AI-powered multivariate forecasting which provides trend visualizations for payroll, deductions, PTO, new hires, and employee turnover.

The new dashboards feature expanded, user-friendly capabilities to automate human capital management and provide greater insight into business processes.

Unicorn’s HCA Dashboard solution also provides enhanced security to protect sensitive employee information such as salary and benefits. Similar to Ad Hoc reports generated within the HCA Reporting tool, iCON organization security is applied to all dashboards to ensure that only users with authorized access can view confidential report details.
